So... where did "leapfrog" come from?
I've been asked several times where "leapfrog" comes from... (mostly from the VO forum posts)... well, there really is history there. As most know, I am a pilot... and it is my callsign - has been for *years*... but that really doesn't explain it either... does it... Well... how about leapfrog takes "Clarence" for a tandem skydive... scroll down a bit and get the full story on Clarence... (I wasn't kidding when I posted on the forums that "I've flown pigs before"... what with solo trading now?... hehe) As for me... I used to teach skydiving, but gave it up from the wear and tear on the 'ol body... I still jump for fun, and have somewhere around 1800 skydives logged. I've had my pilots license since 1977 (told ya I was an old fart)... So there you have it... "Blue Skies!" _________________ Never run out of airspeed, altitude, and ideas at the same time... |
