Since you guys and gals seem to thrive on tales of my misfortunes.... Ever since January 29th this year, my left foot has had a sore spot near the heel. I say January 29th because that is when my brief, humiliating story begins. It was not only EOM, and EOQ, but also EOY and we were pushing hard to get everything shipped that we possibly could. I was so tired and sore by the end of the day, that both of my feet had blisters and ached, and I was chaffed in places better left unchaffed. Since then, I have had a persistant soreness in my left foot, which has gradually increased to the point that I periodically limp a bit when I start walking after sitting for a while. So I finally mention this to my supervisor who does a report and sends it to HR who sends me to the company Dr., who, after 30 seconds of intense diagnosis concludes that I have flat feet and perscribed me Dr. Sholls. I think I would have prefered if he had told me he was going to have to amputate the foot. _________________ But I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo What the hell am I doin' here?mI don't belong here I don't care if it hurts, I wanna have control I want a perfect body I want a perfect soul |

I show up for work today, going about my normal routine. I report for the morning meeting and my boss asks me what I'm doing there. As it turns out, I had a vacation day scheduled for today.
