Time to Go....and seek new things....
It been decided by myself and others that I need to take my show on the road. You guys have been family but things that happened in the game has made the Guild a little different to my liking. People get wrongfully accused when paranoia is around but the guild is a business and we all have to understand where people come from. If I was 10 years younger I would of been very vengful, but its only a guild..... I like to say good bye to some special buddies. Seta, Igrok, Phaserlight (true wingmen), T.k.Jode And of course MB....for all your help and advice. Would I return.............Only time will tell _________________ If I don't like you, neither does my Viper gang! |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hoax, I truly believe that this was an incident of misunderstanding, jumping to conclusions, and that everyone is perhaps a little more cautious about other members since several spies have been found. But the actions of our LT. and Council member speak louder than words. I believed that our guild would treat members fairly. Apparently, in at least one case, I too was completely mistaken. "The Vipers represent a guild of equals built on democratic concepts" I feel this was truly forgotten since the initial stages of infiltration within our guild. I felt that this is the Salem Witch Hunt all over again and I was the first victim. Therefore being expelled initially without any proper hearing was the last straw and personally an act of piracy within the own guild. Although the offer was there to re-join, I did not feel like participating in a guild where my actions can always be questioned because some members take it the wrong way. Where is the democratic concepts in that. This is not 1984*! As for my only ally, (T.K. Jode) he too thought NV accusations were inappropriate and should be resolved with in a respectable manner. The council should be more mature and more trust worthy. If the issue of espionage is a problem then the council should figure out more efficient ways then pointing fingers. I took the right step and informed the security leak as a good will of faith, that's how I found out that I was being accused and in result myself being expelled. Gentlemen, if I was a spy why would I tell you about this exploit? Would I return? The only way T.K and Myself will return if the following actions are put forward. A formal apology from Lt. Duncan posted on this forum and the resignation of Nerde Verde as council Member. The guild needs real time leaders not followers since I truly believe that the game will evolved into something wonderful and all the help is needed. The universe of Vendetta will be inquiring why a well known member of the Viper Guild was mysteriously expelled for reasons beyond their knowledge? Well I will just have to tell the truth and unfortunately this can be interpreted as a sign of weakness, or maybe they won't care...... Did I ever pirate? No Did I fight pirates with the guild? Yes Did I assist as much possible? Yes Did I learn a lot from being with you guys....Yes Am I going to miss you...Nope I'm open to discussion...... *1984 is a movie _________________ What?!?!? It wouldn't hurt to tank your ego a little too. You saw one message and misinterpreted it. I know you did because the things you say about what transpired in council aren't true. The fact is every single viper has been under suspicion. Council and commanders (myself I assume) too. You could have shown understanding of the difficulties facing council when dealing with spies (yes more than one) but instead you lash out. Council is trying to take care of the guild, but you maybe put some of your ego in front of that goal. You write a self righteous last post, but you were obviously becoming dissatisfied with the guild before this incident. You HAD more allies than TK but I guess you didn't know that. Maybe....I did have more allies as for the ego, yes you need an ego to be a Viper. :-) Hoax, yes it was one message and I did understand what the guild thought of it, what the issue was why expell somone w/o any altercation or warning. I was expelled on hindsight and not valid reasoning. Thats the issue here and I apologize for the confusion. P.S if it means anything I will always have your back _________________ What?!?!? QCP, I just returned from my vacation and I am still not sure what this is all about. Honestly, I am a bit astonished. Did you really get expelled without any kind of hearing? It's hard for me to envision that. However, as it seems you as well well as T.K. Jode decided to leave this guild and to start something new. Judging from what I know so far, I do not welcome this development but I have to accept it. Regarding your last post in this thread, I consider it as a bit unjust and exaggerated; but as it seems we disappointed you in some way, and your post is just the result of that. So, granted. Have safe travels and resist the temptation to join the "other" side. /maso |
