Hi VPR, I hereby submit my application to become a member of your venerable guild. - Why do you want to become a Viper? I want to join a guild with a moral direction. Only VPR remotely satisfies my idea of that. I've met, pvp'd and talked with a number of members and found you to be a friendly and helpful bunch. I'm looking for community on VO, and believe I can find it in this guild. I am presently a member of UPK, the magic imploding guild. As you know, it's been on hard times since the founder stopped his subscription. I feel I'm definitely missing out on a large part of VO at the moment. I have no love for rats. I'm an upstanding citizen, with no interest in lying or cheating for gain. I prefer to rely on others and help every chance I get. My policy on griefers is to ignore their chatter and confront them whenever I meet them. I've never paid a pirate. I'm always up for a fight, but I'm not a hothead. - What is your nation? UIT - What are your license levels? 7/7/5/6/3 - What are your faction standings? I am neutral or better with every faction. - How long have you been playing VO? About two months - What is your level of experience and proficiency in regards to PvP combat? It's my favorite part of the game, and one I'm most interested in improving. I've been told I can hold my own, but I still lose more often than I win. There are some ships/weapons I don't have yet that I may need in order to win more consistently. My aim could use help. - How did you hear about us? From Strat. I've also asked Niut'Laskin (sp) questions about the guild, as well. - How often do you play, what times do you normally play, and what is your time zone? I currently play 4-5 times/wk at 5-5:30 pm and again at 8pm, if I can. Random nights, but usually weeknights. Almost never on Tuesdays. I'm in the the Pacific Time Zone. I can attest to your ability to hold your own. And as we offer pvp training for free to all who ask, of course we train our own recruits. Don't worry about your pvp skill level at this moment; you have the basics, just keep practicing! For every time you die to a more skilled opponent, hopefully you will kill him twice down the road :). In the meantime, fly with as many Vipers as you can. If our schedule isn't jiving with yours, feel free to raise us by email (they are on the wiki). See you in-game! |

Hey, Qut! Glad to see you applied. Make sure you resign from [UPK] as soon as possible because you can't go through the recruitment process here while being in another guild. I look forward to flying with you again soon. |

You have been accepted into the guild as a recruit, Qut. Act as a Viper at all times and feel free to tell people you are an official Viper recruit. Continue to fly with as many Vipers as you can. Welcome. |
